Outer Trinity doesn’t have a specific “edge” per-se. Instead, the dwellings just get smaller, further apart, and even more hodge-podge (even by Outer Trinity standards).

Episode 4 Act 0 Hiatus: For Your Amusement

Most Houses of Trinity keep encrypted call recordings of every conversation which goes in and out of their system. Not only does this act as a useful tool for maintaining an official record, it has the added bonus of deterring otherwise traitorous collusion via official channels. Traitorous collusion off the clock can more easily be remedied by “accidents”.
